Can anyone point me to a thread on how to do fulcrum stretches

I searched with advanced on titles only and looked through about 10 threads which it could of possibly been but I can’t see any tutorial just people talking about it but not how to do it.

No replies? Guess it’s just as hard for you guys to find out how as it is for me.

‘A’ and ‘V’ stretches are fulcrum stretches also.

Oh right Haha I didn’t realise Fulcrums were a name for something I already knew about, must be an old name. Thanks all the same

Fulcrum stretches is not an exercise itself, it’s just a type of exercise where you use a fulcrum when you stretch/hang. A and V-stretches are examples of fulcrum stretches, but the variations is virtually endless.
