Yeah, and don’t try to stop ejaculation at the latest point possible, get to know your orgasm (he’s a friendly guy, really) by stopping a little bit BEFORE the point of no return - squeeze there, come down a little bit, and start again; eventually, you get closer and closer to the PONR, and you learn exactly where orgasm starts, but ejaculation does not.

There is nothing you can do to reverse ejaculation, and trying to will only cause a retrograde ejaculation, which is really no fun and you’ll lose your boner, so do you and your girl a favor, and find that small moment where you orgasm but don’t cum. Good luck.

Yes, it is perfectly possible to stop ejaculation. The muscle does need training, and the best way is to follow the advice of Mantak Chia as someone else has posted.

You need to be fairly consistent with your training. Best way is if you drive or get the train etc to work every weekday, do it then. After a while when you can clench and hold the muscle it can get very pleasurable - especially driving when there must be some vibration coming up from the road.. Try it!

Well I think I told you I never ejaculate during Peing. The peace-fire is still on but this is a pretty big deal since I never believed in the theory before—I thought it was BS.

Anyways, I was doing a 40 minute session and was staving off ejaculation and occasionally I’ll have a legitimate miscalculation of my PONR (point of no return) and accidentally ejaculated. However, since I do not want to ruin my session for the next day, I usually try to minimize the orgasm quality, thus minimizing the amount of ejaculation, thus I can recover quicker.
