Hi,

I’m wondering if its ok to use an x4 extender a couple hours a day and do jelqing 5 days a week? I’ve had gains from when I just used the extender from BPEL 6.25 to 7 1/16. No girth increase. Then stopped extender to do jelqing. I warmed up and did dry jelqing to start and go into wet ones. I went from EG 5.25 to 5.5 in a week!? (Measured at mid shaft) but its been a few weeks and I notice nothing?? What I did notice when I my girth got bigger that my erect length shortened for about 3-5 days and then it changed. Any input would be great. I’m completely new to this site, it looks like everyone helps each other with info, so that’s why I’m here. Thanks

Welcome to Thunders, most guys find that they don’t need an extender in the early days, some guys don’t even go on to use an extender at all and just stick with the newbie routine even after three months, you can find that here,

I normally do stretching and jelqing for about 15 to 20 minutes as a warmup prior to going in the extender. When I do the warmup, I can usually get an extra 1/8 to 1/4 inch stretch in the extender. Accordingly, I believe the extra stretch helped with the increase in length.

I have found something similar. If I jelq before extending I find I can set the extender rods an extra 1 cm (0.4”) and achieve a better BPFSL while extending. I also briefly jelq between extender sessions. Helps the circulation. The only stretching I consciously do is through extending though there is some stretching involved in jelqing. I have incorporated a heat pack in my extending and it allows me to stretch a bit more. I have recently also started dynamically stretching (pumping) at a different time of day. Too early to see if it is assisting in gains but it is helping me improve EQ almost from when I started it.

In summary I believe extending and jelqing are natural complements.

If I use a heated rice sock while extending, I reach my max stretched length in 30 minutes instead of about an hour when not using the heated rice sock.

I’d like to share what I’m doing to see if I’m doing something wrong..
I’ve been PEing for 3-4 months prior to that 3 months of x4 extender for 1 to 1/2 hours 5 days a week the extending helped me go from BPEL 61/4 to 71/8.
I’ve kinda stopped the extender for the last 3-4 months while doing PE, I might use the extender 1 or 2 times a week for N hour if I remember.

So my PE routine.. 5 days a week
1. Warm up with warm pack for 5 mins. During that time I kegel some for one second and some I hold for 20 seconds
2. Stretch and hold for 30 seconds in all directions.
3. Dry jelq for about 10 mins and each jelq lasts 3 seconds. Some of them I just kegel a d squeeze and hold.
4. Wet jelq for 10-15 mins mostly at 60% erect some I do fully erect but I’m very careful a d never squeeze the area of the urethra
5. Take warm shower and kegel for about one minute. The. Massage area for a few mins.

During the first 2-3 weeks I believe the dry jelq did this.. I went from 51/8 mseg to 51/2 mseg. I was surprised!! However I haven’t seem any more gains in length or girth. Any advise?

Just thought id bump up this thread.

I’m presently jelqing with black seed oil. 200jelqs then vac extender for 30mins take off cap and another 200 jelqs works great as you have a big dick to strech after jelqing to give a chance to heal in an elongated state.

I’m hoping this is more likely to promote growth!

I use my extender with a stealth belt all day at work approx 6 hours. I do it in 2 hours sessions with 1 hour rest between the sessions. During the rest I try to have time to do some dry Jelq and some edging. Works great for me. If I have time I use the extender anothe 2 - 4 hours at the evening but then with the spring extender with more firm force. The belt is more moderate force.
