I have been using weights on my loose skin about 1 pound using duct-tape around the loose skin attached to a 1 pound weight and have seen excellent results. Is this as dangerious as using weights for length and if it’s not and I am getting gains should I continue?

Weight hanging with the proper equipment like the bib is not all that dangerous if done with the right amount of knowledge and care. When it does become dangerous is when the person hanging throws off safety concerns in order to get a fast gain. Dont get me wrong all PE is slightly dangerous and should be done with that in mind. As far as extra skin it’s a given most pe exercises will result in the skin being stretched.
