Hey everyone. I came here last year and started with jelqing and hanging using a homemade Capt’s Wench but stopped when I started reading how the gains were not permanent from some pessimistic posts. I got discouraged and left. Well now I’m back and I’m going to give this whole lennnnngth/GIRTH thing a whirl again. I know you must stayed determined and patient with the whole process to see results so I don’t need encouragement. Here are my measurements, BPEL 6.5” EG. 5”, 1” below the glands, 4.7/8 mid shaft and 4.6/8 at the base. My LOT is around 7-8 o’clock. I just bought an In fared heating lamp, some more clamps, I still have the Capt’s Wench. How can I turn this baseball bat into a magic love wand. Would you go with overall stretching, jelqing and eventually hanging, or would you go with stretching, high jelqing and eventually high hanging? I’m working on length first so that’s why I left out clamping for now. I also just bought 3 golf weights that I’m going to try and wear all day. I’m a grower and it looks like tunica stretching is in order. Give me your opinions on this. Thanks for your help.

I am still a newbie at this but I would suggest manual stretching with 30sec holds, 2-300 wet jelqs with semi erect and your golf weights as much as you can bare. I am a firm believer of ads-devices and wear my jes-extender for minimum 4 hours every day. I have just purchased monkeybars autoADS and will post what I think about it upon arrival and trial.

Just find a routine that fits in your every day life. I stretch in the morning, wear ads all day and jelq in the evening.

Go get yourself one at Home Depot. In fared Heat lamp.The kind that is used in bathrooms. I got the 125 watt bulb and the 150 watt capacity clamp lamp in electrical. It heats up the old unit better than hot towels, rice sacks or showers. I just started PE yesterday and have used it before and after sessions both days. It works.

How much did that cost ya? I recently made a rice sock, but I’d like to use heat while hanging.

Welcome back.

My advice is to stick to the newbie routine for a month and then begin adding options. If you try and go to fast, you will either a) injure yourself and have to stop, or b) injure yourself and have to stop. Either of those are discouraging, extremely discouraging.

Remember, you won’t see gains over night, the routine calls for dedication and persistance. Since you did leave and have returned, start from the beginning, you will have to recondition your penis to remember the differences between jelqing and masturbation.

To those who are asking about the IR lamps and the general use of heat. Heat will bring more blood into an area, makes the tissues more flexible (for lack of an easier to understand term) so that the risk of injury is lessened. Heat should be a part of the warm up before you begin to jelq or what ever, but as newbies, please please please stick with the newbie routine for a month. I don’t want to come back and read “I’ve injured myself” in a couple of weeks.
