Just finished my first workout of the challenge. Gained 0.5” length.

But I did finish my first workout since the challenge began today. It was great! Did 10 minutes of various stretches starting out mildly, and gradually increasing the intensity to a nice stretch. No pain. Jelqed at 20-50% erection for approximately 15 mins. Ended PE session with a wicked flaccid hang, glans and shaft nice and plump, with prominent veins. I like it!!! ;) .

I just came back on the site.. I seem really good at making plans to do the PE but not so good at following through.. Hopefully this challenge helps..

I see it started on the 11th.. The day I actually started my plan.. It was a two month plan but I’ll gladly play along for the one month challenge!! It’s a plan I created myself.. We will see if it works and hopefully if it does I can share it with the rest of you newbies..

My workout:

Ginko standardized 3 times a day.
During the day I do a lot of stretching. 2-3 1minute stretches every bathroom break.
5 minute warm up
150 jelqs each hand (300 jelqs total)
5 minutes of stretching
2-5 minutes of spinning it around and slapping it on my thighs
2-5 minutes massage
Laying in bed waiting for SO to shower I do more stretching.

Good workout! And I too notice more veins then ever!!

BTW, you scared the hell out of me with your .5 gain!
