.But I have come and gone from forums like this without really giving them too much attention, and I am yet to find anyone who has any gains?? It’s a lot of people trying but success stories seem to be hard to come by.

Can anyone point me at something along these lines!?

Many thanks.

Agreed with Iguana.

Gains are definitely possible with the correct exercises.

I would venture to say you’ve found a better forum now because it seems that there is a large network of support here, and everyone seems to follow the mantra of hard work, consistency, and determination. If you can bring those qualities to the plate, Thunder’s will give you the know how.

Link to my PE Stats.

Goal: 9 X 6.5

I am a regular poster on MuscleTalk Bodybuilding - UK Muscle Building Advice and consider myself pretty knowledgeable and dedicated on building a better body, so I’m confident I can bring those qualities to this. I understand it takes a LONG time to get anything noticeable?

Thanks for your replies, I wasn’t sure how well received my thread was going to be!

Masterkey, if you weren’t skeptical, I would wonder. Then I would try and sell you something. :)

Gains are real for most people. I’m very inconsistent and have gained although just a little bit. My flaccid is not rediculously embarrassing anymore either.

If you have the will and the privacy to be consistent, you should gain. Try to avoid the pitfalls of thinking more is better. Start off light and scheduled and slowly add more time and/or routines to your PE. The urge to overdo it is strong and I feel it’s why so many don’t gain like they should.

Gut Scramblin' goodness.

I have tried a little bit of jelqing with baby oil but only ever 200 reps max at a time and only ever for 2-3 weeks consistently. I am in the same boat as I imagine a lot of people are; nothing outstanding in size but should probably be grateful, and wanting to get ‘as big as possible’.

BPEL is between 6 and a half and 7”, last time I measured.aiming for in the region of 10”.

The gains are definitely possible but the gains most people talk about are 1” to 2” in 6-months to 1 year time average. Some people might gain 0.5” in 1 year or so of constant PE.

So, to answer the question, I believe it is possible to gain but you need to put your mindset that PE is slow and steady process.

What is your girth? Your BPEL is a good size. Mine BPEL is just a tad over 6”. 10” is going to be a tough accomplishment. If you got to a true 10” you will be a locker room stud but may find sex very difficult with the average woman. Good luck with your PE’ing. For the record, getting to 8” should be a very reasonable goal and having an 8” unit is pretty damn big!

Oh, take accurate before and after measurements. If you really want to do it right, take pics (WITH A RULER) and do a before and after. That is the best evidence around that this stuff really works.

Gut Scramblin' goodness.

Just found out this thread. It is where people talked about how long it would take to get your 1st inch gain.

Your first inch - how long?

It might put you in perspective, so to say.

Yeah very true. It is an odd thing that drives us as men. The newbie routines, how long are you expected to keep them up (day by day I mean) to get any results? I appreciate that like bodybuilding, it is very subjective, some people will grow more than others.

I found that I never stick at it because it bores me! Because I can’t really see or feel it working, I tend to lose interest. Whereas with the weights, you can see physical progress in the mirror (relatively quickly).

I also used one of them spring loaded enlargers, but to get any real tension meant having it uncomfortably tight so I sacked that off as well.

The key word is patience, patience, patience. Try some of the warming KY massage oil ,it stays warm quite awhile.

Don”t forget to rest a day.

That was my rate of gain.

For most guys it takes a long time to gain much although some do get a bit right out of the gate.

You might want to try committing to X number of months of PEing and not measuring at all during that period.

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Because of inconsistent practice, I haven’t had any permanent gains yet. But the beneficial effects on penis health have been great, and the temporary gains have been enough to reassure me that it’s real. Having learned from gym training that physical achievements take long consistent practice, I am only encouraged. There are heaps of success stories in this forum, with pics and measurements to back them up. Check out the photo threads.

PE works man. I have seen a good bit of gains and so have many of the other members.

It really works if you do it right and stick with it.
