Caffeine/other stims make me turtle?

Hey guys, newbie here

Recently started taking up jelqing again, and I’ve gotta say the PI’s have been pretty good. However, I’m not sure what’s going on for half the day because I’m usually on stims and my dick automatically turtles when that happens. Does this turtling hurt my gains in any way due to lower blood flow to my penis?

There are no proves that turtling can reduce gains, even if obviously it’s not a good sign.

Too much caffeine could be the source of the problem though.

The one and only time I tried speed my penis got so small it almost disappeared! Also I couldn’t sleep for two days afterwards. Never doing that shit again.

For study aids there is nothing as good as books and notes.

For weight loss, better diet and exercises.

I take ECA and PE while on it. No problem!

I just finished a cycle last week and switched out the ephedrine for wellbutrin for a drug test. I keep some aspirin and caffeine to keep from getting caffeine withdraw neck aches.

The trick is you either have to wait to take any form of stimulant and PE first, or cut the dosage down to a level where you’re alert but not speedy. With ephedrine you can take 2 or 3 pills and end up getting so amped up you crash and go to sleep. High doses will mess with your heart rate and make you just want to lie on the floor and pray for the half life.

I ended up biting the 12.5g Primatene pills in half and taking 6.25mg pieces with 100mg caffeine every few hours. I lost 5lbs quick and all my PRs soared, great stuff, but past that first 2 weeks you’ll end up not feeling anything and either mess up your sleep cycle or get way too hungry. That’s why I like the 2 week on, 2 week off, old school ephedrine cycle from the 90s. It’s cheaper and it seems to work better.

If you ever decide it’s time to stop taking ephedrine you had better keep some caffeine pills with you and some benadryl on your night stand. You’re going to want to step down the stimulants slowly over time, get plenty of sleep, and take some benadryl to help clear out those receptors… Not entirely necessary but it will make you feel better and make your next cycle more effective.

Dude speed is powerful and dangerous. Furthermore, with regular doses can completely fuck up ur entire sleep system.

I’ve been using ephedrine for a while as a study aid. Also I use modafinil during midterms and finals week

I’ve been using ephedrine just as an appetite suppressant. When I’m not on ephedrine I can easily eat 4000+ calories a day. I’m on a 2000 calorie diet trying to lose 20 more lbs by June. Down almost 30 from October!

TheGreatDivider, I know exactly what you’re talking about. I take one bronkaid and 200mg caffeine in the morning, and wait til about 8-10PM to do my PE. I feel like this is more effective because my penis comes out to play later on at night when the stims are wearing off

Are you taking pure ephedrine or as part of a supplement? Is there any “1,3 dimethy….” in there? What other ingredients are in it? Those can cause less blood flow to your penis (the 1, 3 dime definitely). I take supplements similar to that for my real work outs and after a workout I have my worst turtling, but I control it pretty well with wearing a silicone sleeve. Obviously my body is redirecting blood flow to the areas I’ve just worked out. I’ve been wearing those sleeves for about 6 months now, probably 20 hours/day on average and can honestly say I’m more of a shower than a grower finally. Days I don’t wear them I still hang nice and full unlike I ever did before. I haven’t gone an extended period without one yet, and I probably won’t until I get to a point where I’m not doing much PE anymore. My wife knows I wear them now so there’s nothing to hide. Plus, I’ve gotten to really like how it feels to wear it as well as how it looks in my pants. :)

Oh ok. I love 1, 3 DMAA and what it does for my workouts, but I take it in moderation. It’s getting tougher to find now though. Most of the supplements I used to take removed it from their products. I haven’t had any issues as of yet. I’m thinking that PE has been counteracting against those affects. Caffiene and other stims do definitely reduce the amount of bloodflow to my penis, but only temporary and the sleeves keep me pretty full regardless.

Do you recommend sleeves for beginners? I’ve been jelqing for about 3 weeks now

Also you can get DMAA as powder easily online. It’s still legal, just not in supplements

edit: are sleeves more for flaccid than anything else?

Ya, the sleeves are mostly for flaccid, but I somehow feel that they help with post workout healing since it holds you in an extended state. I have no proof or science to back that up, but I can say that my flaccid is extremely improved with the embarrassing turtling a thing of the past for the most part (we’ve been known to frequent nudist resorts, so flaccid is somewhat important to me).

I still have some supplements with dmaa in them, but haven’t ever tried buying the powder. I’d worry about od’ing on it and causing issues. I only use those supplements a few times/week at most.

Would you recomment ADS-ing for newbies? I’m kind of interested. I’d much rather be a shower than a grower to be honest, even though I don’t have much to show at the moment haha

I started it out pretty much a month into PE’ing. I don’t think it’s anything advanced.
