Caffeine makes my flaccid small

Coffe in small doses (max a cup a day) is healthy , in large doses it is not… basically like 90% of the food out there. Problem is if I drink it, I drink 4 cups a day (espresso), so I had to quit. Just like cigarettes, 2 packs a day or nothing. Went cold turkey 5 years ago on both, best choice of my life. With the money saved I took a 3 week vacation every year for the past 4 .lol no kidding. I was spending about 300 euros a month on cigs and coffe..crazy

Stop consuming it. It does this to all of us.

We refer to this in the bodybuilding world as “stim dick”. Too much caffeine(or any stimulant) will make your flaccid smaller and also make it harder to achieve a full, 100% erection. Not sure if they is any scientific proof of the latter.

That is the reason I don’t like to drink coffee or energy drinks, it shrinks my flacid and I hate to have small flacid :D

How about Green Tea? I’ve been drinking it and my flaccid has improved even if its caffeine in it.

I think that there’s only a very little of caffeinine? I don’t know. But green tea sure is healthy!

Yes I believe so. Green tea + ginger = Awesome for flaccid.

Caffeine in green the is quite variable but on avg a green tea cup contains about 1/3 - 1/4 of an espresso cup. So don’t drink more than 3 cups a day

I had no idea … I drink a ton of coffee and never noticed an impact.

Once I crush my addiction to cigarettes, I will simillarly attack my coffee addiction

Caffeine stimulates the alpha receptors in the heart, I believe though I could be mistaken on the details (it’s elither Alpha or Beta receptors). The end result is it will produce adrenaline which creates the fight or flight response drawing blood away from the hands, feet, and yes even the penis. From my experience taking 400-600mg caffeine in pill form and 75mg ephedrine daily, shrinkage is a big factor though only temporary. It usually goes away after 6-12hrs and a half life result of 50-100mg. Though I caution those into higher doses of caffeine and extensive execise to practice daily edging/pumping or the blood vessels more towards the head will atrophy. You can get your hard earned girth back but it may take a few weeks of edging twice a day. A Divocup does help but there is a chance it will fall off under times of stress.

Never noticed any shrinkage from caffeine.

I consume what may to some seem like copious amounts of caffeine everyday. Whether it is soda or tea I usually have a half dozen a day. I know its terrible for me, but I like it! I’ve never felt that bad about the addiction either, because its the only one I have. I don’t drink, smoke, do drugs, etc. It could be much worse I am sure. But honestly, I am considering cutting myself off for a while to see the difference in my flaccid size. How long does it take for the body to be caffeine free and be able to tell the difference?

I first read about this here. The effect of caffeine for me was confirmed by vacations. I used to drink 5+ mugs of coffee a day but while on vacation 0-2 cups a day. I noticed a much fuller flaccid. Wife commented on it once when we were at Disney and several times at the beach.

I’ve cut it back to 1-2 cups of coffee a day plus a cup of green tea. Didn’t do it for my flaccid but for health reasons. Cardiologist told me too much is not good for the heart. I don’t have heart problems, the opposite, but was forced to go. Long stupid story.

Different for everyone, but for me I would say the caffeine goes out of my system in about 2-3 days. But to tell the difference in flaccid it would take longer. MY guess would be 2-3 weeks.

Earlier in this thread someone mentioned L-Arginine supplements. Does quality vary from product to product, or should I go with the cheapest I can find?
