Caffeine intake effect gains

Just a quick question, I have been wondering if the amount of caffeine you take in on a daily basis effects any potential gains. I think I remember reading this somewhere but am not sure if it has any effect.

I imagine large doses would, but I suppose “large” is relative to the user.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

Apparently it reduces bloodflow, i have cut down on how much tea i drink, i used to have around 3-5 mugs a day, but now its around 1-2 mugs.

I have eliminated caffeine from my diet for several months now and my erections and flaccid size in particular have never been better. Not to mention I feel a hell of a lot better also. No more anxiety and my blood pressure is way down.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

If caffeine made a difference I’d be an innie.

It makes a huge difference for me, but it must depend on your individual reaction to caffeine. Even though it took me years, decades, to figure out, caffeine and me are not a good mix.

My problem is the other way around, I’ve got a very low blood pressure and coffee helps me to be not ridiculously tired and nerveless. I sometimes think about stopping anyway, because I drink around 4 cups a day.

What your Doc says? Caffeine is a cure?

Anyway, I don’t think gains and caffeine intake are related.

Caffeine is not bad for the body in small doses. In fact, a single cup of coffee or tea every day can be very beneficial. Both coffee and tea are high in antioxidants. Of course, like anything, it can have negative health impacts if over used.

It is much like having a beer or a glass of wine with a meal. Alcohol, in small doses, is good for the body. It helps digestion, relaxes you, gives you a little endorphin buzz. But, if you have 5 beers with dinner it is decidedly bad for you.

The only thing that I would say is absolutely bad for you regardless is smoking - cigarettes, pot, crack, whatever. You get zero nutritional value, and zero benefit.

Just quitting smoking cigarettes will drastically increase your erection quality.

Use your best judgment, everyone’s body is different. I have a cup of coffee almost every morning, i drink a beer or a glass of wine with meals probably 3-4 times a week, on top of which I drink for recreation probably once a week.

Also, things like soda are terrible for your body. You are better off with water or juice, both for your health and for your PE.

I cant even tell you how many times i hear “I smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day, don’t exercise, drink 4 diet pepsi’s a day, and am shitfaced 4 nights a week. why am I not gaining?” - the answer is because your body hates you.

But, like I said, everyone’s body is different. If you get gains with that kind of lifestyle - rock on! If not, maybe consider being a little healthier.

I didn’t know tea is bad for the body.

I drink it for years, instead of water.

I drink about 2 liters in the summertime. It’s fruit tea found in the small “envelopes”, which are in the little boxes, that you put in the hot water and after 10 min you take it out and you got yourself a tea.

You guys think this is something bad?

L-O-L. I sometimes wonder if being in worse health is better for PE, though, because we still can’t explain gains. It could be that a stressed body is less able to adapt to the pressures, causing the penis to transform permanently, ie gains.

My best gains came when I was drinking a pot of coffee everyday. I don’t credit my gains to this, but I don’t believe it can hurt them any either.
