Caffeine and PE?

Just wondering what caffeine and PE have in common? I figured out how to report statistics today and did so and was thrown off by the site asking how much caffeine I consume… Did a quick search didn’t find anything.

How is caffeine significant to PE?

Like cockaloca, I used to turtle back on the days where coffee was highly present in my life. Around my registration period, I was facing some really bad sleeping schedule and as soon as I bailed to coffee, everything changed. A good sleep could turn things around for better, that is for sure, and I rarely turtles now. Since most of the growth and tissue repair happens while we rest, won’t be good news for those that are “sensible” to caffein.

It is all about quantity here, I’m still ingesting some caffein from cocoa-based foods, but cocoa has a small amount on it, so won’t make any effect.

Caffein recommendation is 400mg per day.

Makes sense, I’ve been drinking caffeine all week and I feel smaller than usual.

OMefs Progress Report

-I average about 4-5 cups of coffee a week
-I take a preworkout amino acid drink 5-6 days a week (about 150 mg of caffeine).
-Roughly a gallon of water a day

I’d like to cut back. I think it would help my flaccid hang. It has not impacted erection quality in the slightest.

Nooo shit!? Man I use NO Xplode around 7pm before I head to the gym, and drink about 3-4 cokes a day… I’ve always had small flaccid hangs too since I was a teenager! I’m gonna have to try and kick the habit. I’ve tried to stop drinking cokes many times over again as I know it keeps my body fat higher than it would be with all the sugar with as much of it as I drink, but NOW knowing it might be affecting my cock….. I think I might have an easier time kicking the red devil. Thanks for the responses guys.

Soda drinks fucked up my bones real good in my teenage years, i am a fighter and always fuck up my bones after a fight or training and wished i was drinking milk instead of soda.

Soda is one of the worst things you can put in your body. Stop drinking it!
