C-grip

I’ve been using the c-grip as my only method of jelqing and wanted to know if this can damage the nerve that runs along the top of the dick?

You can avoid any damage that could be done to your nerve by simply not pressing on the top of your dick, just concentrate on the sides and bottom. How long have you been doing the c-grip? Any results?

I think today was like my 3rd PE session in a month, and even back then I only did it for a week. I’m trying to get into the habit of doing it regularly but it’s too soon for results. Thanks for the advice tho.

One guy said, and I remember well, that he gained 3 inches in 7 months with the c-grip. I wonder if he really ment 0.3 inches… or 17 months?

Wow, I think he meant .3 inches or he was lying lol. But if I were to ever be so fortunate as to make huge gains like that, I would defiantly come back and let everyone here know about it.

I wonder if there is someone on this site who used this c-grip exercise for a long time, besides “the 3 inch gainer”. When I red what he said I started doing them, but only done it for like a week…

I wonder why not many people use the c-grip.. For some reason to me it feels more effective. Maybe it’s just in my head.

I`m not using it cause I`m in a break right now. I`ll start PE in about a month. Keep posting about your progress.

I vary my grips… so on occassion I end up using the C-grip. Most of the time I don’t use it because it is uncomfortable for long periods of times, but yes I’d have to agree that it feels more effective.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

I use the c grip, not sure on my gains yet as I’ve not measured.

Thanks but I’m not fulling up to watching that video ill try to figure it out again. Research for some more I jound the tug back but don’t get that either thanks though.
