Busted capillaries

Are busted capillaries a sign of progress or a sign of improper or too hard of a jelq?

For someone brand new to PE, it can just be part of the break in process. But for long term, it should be avoided and is a sign of going at it too hard.

Capillaries are smaller, much smaller, versions of arteries; they are teensy offshoots, if you will, of them.

You bust them? you diminish by some small but important degree the amount of new blood coming into your penis each time you have a subsequent erection.

It means you’re not warming up enough and you’re squeezing too hard. Injuries are bad, even small ones. Work your way up to the ‘OK grip of death’.

I read on these forums that those little red dots you get after stretching or jelqing are just “battle wounds” so to speak. After a few months you shouldn’t get them. If you do, you’re doing something wrong.

I got them during the first couple of week doing PE but now I never see them. Only thing changed is time. Oh and the size of my unit.
