Well guys I’m a definite lurker here but decided to post a little bit of gold I discovered recently. I’ve been doing PE on and off for about 2 years and had fairly consistent gains length wise, started out about BPEL6.5 and now around BPEL7.5, but really only gained about 1/4 of an inch in girth putting me around 5.5EG. I know it’s a decent size but I was always hoping to get more girth, especially at the base where it was more like 5.25. My routine consisted of manual stretches and jelqing plus quite a bit of clamping. Usually I would do one day on clamp, one day off. And stretch/jelq every other day. But now I have a new stretch which is really improving my base girth, almost gained that last quarter of an inch over the last 4 months to bring me to just below 5.5EG.

So here is how I do my bundle stretch variation. I grab my schwang with my whole hand with an overhand grip so that my pinky is closest to the glans, then I twist, only 180 degrees, and kinda pull straight up. This positively BLASTS my tunica, I’ve tried doing it in other directions but this way seems best for me. My long term goal is 6”EG along the whole length, so I’ll try to keep you guys posted with my progress. However I do travel a lot for work, and don’t even get me started on how hard PE is whilst on the road. Oh and I’m fairly well conditioned too, so newbies be careful with this one.



Have you noticed base girth gains yet, or are you still at the phase where you just figured out this creates some good fatigue for you?

I’m interested in bundled stretches so I’ll keep an eye on this thread, keep us posted. :)

@Blink, I’ve definitely noticed some base girth gains. I started out at around 5, over about a year and a half got it up to 5.25.. It was very slow going. But only in about the last 4 months or so, since I’ve started doing my bundle stretch variation, I’ve managed another 1/4 of an inch, so my base is now at 5.5

That’s great. So you gained .5” base girth with this exercise.
