This came out of another thread I made, and I apologize for creating a fresh thread but I feel as if the topic of the other thread is different enough to justify a new one.

I have severe problems with erectile function when feeling *under pressure* to attain one (anxiety, blah blah), and this is interfering with my jelqing rhythm. I get poor erections and even if they’re sufficient for jelqing, I lose them rapidly.

Are there any decent general instructional threads on this subject area? It’s clearly very important for me to overcome this erections hurdle.

The only erection I get without arousal is when I’m asleep (morning wood). It will be interesting to hear if anyone can get an erection without chemicals or arousal.

You can use a pump to pump yourself to a usable erection %.

What was suggested to you was to kegel blood into your dick while trapping it with your hand.
You use an OK grip to let enough blood in but not out. It works to an extent.
Its what many do with jelqing. Its the basic of jelqing as explained in the instructions.

I tried training myself to create an errection without arousal but it doesnt work as under normal conditions the smooth msucle chambers are not ready to expand.
They need a high force like a vaccuum or the “normal” way of body chemicals to increase.

The better way for you would be to read up on Kegels and the pelvic floor muscles. and how to relax them. Via search you should find plenty of amterial.

I’m starting to think that the only reliable short-term solution is going to be exploring this pump option. I’m a little lost in terms of how to put these things together, or indeed how or why they work. Obviously there’s a wealth of threads on these boards addressing these matters, though not sure where best to start.

Also, because of my MS illness I believe I have the option of getting one of those ED pumps for free. But I’m not sure if this is the ideal sort of pump for PE purposes. E.g. I think those devices may have been designed only to work in tandem with a ring. Oh I don’t know what the hell I’m talking about anymore. This erectile dysfunction stuff is driving me crazy.

Not to be insulting, but perhaps you should train your kegels to be stronger if you don’t already do kegel exercises. I found after doing kegels for a little while my ability to pump blood in was greatly increased. With stronger kegels you can pump more blood per contraction and achieve an engorged penis much easier.

Keep practicing the kegel method if you don’t want to get into equipment, I’m still in college and I stick to only manual so as to not have any devices laying around for a roommate to find.

I’m familiar with the method you mentioned in the quote. It does require a minimal amount of bloodflow to be already present, whether that’s from jelqing, arousal, or sometime even simple heat does it for me. But we’re talking about using the equivalent of 10% arousal plus some manual clamping in order to form a 100% “erection” or more accurately, 100% expansion.

I use an overhand OK grip to tightly clamp off the base. Then I release some of the force of the clamp, just enough to kegel some blood past, and then reclamp tightly with the new blood now being trapped above the manual clamp. Hold the clamp for a few seconds, and try moving it up (away from body) just a little bit to create more pressure. Then slightly release the clamp, kegel in more blood, move the clamp slightly down the shaft (toward body) to make room for the new blood, and once it’s “over” the clamped OK grip, re-tighten the grip. With even the slightest bit of bloodflow, it’s possible to kegel in more and more blood over the clamp, until you have a 100% erection (or even more) with nearly zero arousal. Eventually more blood will be escaping when you loosen the clamp than there is coming in from the kegel, and you’ve maxxed out the expansion you can get.

Kegeling in blood like this is the basis for a lot of manual girth work. From there you can do dry jelqing, Uli’s, squeezes, plumped bends, or even just holding a manual clamp.

If I try to do it with zero bloodflow, nothing happens. If I have even the slightest bit of arousal or other bloodflow to the unit, I can achieve a 100% expansion with no erection, it just takes several repetitions of the above process (anywhere from 5-15 reps). If I do have significant arousal / bloodflow, then it may only take 2-3 repetitions to get to full expansion.

Again, one way to get the bloodflow without the arousal for me has been heating with a rice sock. Don’t give up if you don’t get it at first. I remember reading about “kegeling in blood” several times before finally getting it a few months later. It may help to try it first with a semi-erection. And then once you have a feel for it, see how low of an erection level you can still turn into a 100% expansion clamp.

I have been jelqing with a small hand held rubber roller. I just lay and stretch out my dick on a warm rice sock, and slowly roll from the base to the tip.

I don’t know what you are going for, and I can’t say for sure if this added to my gains, but it seems to have the same effect as jelging. I am often totally flaccid but after rolling for awhile, I will have a flaccid that is double the size when I started.

The small roller is sold for installing car sound insulation. It is similar in size to wallpaper seam rollers. It also has the advantage of not needing any lube, so there is no mess to clean up, and one can do it most anywhere.
