Building erections for jelqing WITHOUT "arousal"
This came out of another thread I made, and I apologize for creating a fresh thread but I feel as if the topic of the other thread is different enough to justify a new one.
I have severe problems with erectile function when feeling *under pressure* to attain one (anxiety, blah blah), and this is interfering with my jelqing rhythm. I get poor erections and even if they’re sufficient for jelqing, I lose them rapidly.
In the other thread a poster said:
I’m a college student living in a shared dorm, so I don’t pump both because of my current living conditions, and because that’s something I choose not to do. I’m usually not aroused when I do my workouts, so I create my erection level from jelqing and kegels, both of which force blood into the penis. One way to go about doing this is making a tight ok-grip at your base (remember, we want to trap blood in the penis so make sure it’s tight), let go, kegel really hard and fast, then resume your grip. Keep doing that until you reach your desired erection level.
I am curious about this concept of achieving erections without needing arousal, because it would help me enormously. I tried out the method suggested in the above quote, but I can’t help feeling as if I’m doing something wrong because I didn’t get anywhere with it. Are there any decent general instructional threads on this subject area? It’s clearly very important for me to overcome this erections hurdle.
