Hey guys,

I know no all of us are concerned with necessarily building a shower penis, but starting with a grower I have longed hated my flaccid size. So not only am I seeking to grow my penis in its erect state, but in the flaccid too. Big Girth makes a good point in one of his threads more or less saying first impressions mean a lot, and I agree. A woman who sees a 6x5 shower vs 6x5 grower will “think” the shower has a bigger penis, and likely enjoy it more if size was of concern to her. I’ve spent most of my adult life whoring around in night clubs, go go bars, strip clubs, nudist beaches, massage parlors, and other areas to do with sex or nudity. Nothing quite beats the look of a girls eyes bugging out or jaw dropping when she sees a nice shower flaccid with a big budge or it swinging from side to side.

With that said, I’d like to solicit advise from any seniors.

Are there any specific exercises you find focus on flaccid length or girth?

Also do you find that as you grow “erect length” that flaccid improve?
Has anybody successfully went from grower to shower? Specifically have you noticed that the difference between erect and flaccid length and girth have closed the gap?
Example: Starting states of 5”EL 5”EG 3”FL 3”FG ——> Gains: 7”EL 7”EG 5”FL 5”FG (This I would still say is a grower as there is a 2” gap between soft and hard. I’m questioning more of closing the difference between erect and flaccid for example if the stats read Gain: 7”EL 7EG 6.5”FL 6.5”FG <——- This is what I want to do. Close the gap between my penis size flaccid and erect. (Ignore the enormous girth number just used as an example.)

Also do you find that as you grow “erect length” that flaccid improve?

I’ve noticed some nice improvements in my FL and FG since I started the Newbie Routine (2 months ago), so PE definitely makes your flaccid member bigger. However, I don’t know if it is possible for a grower to become a shower, and all your questions are interesting. I’ll follow.

It’s definitely possible to become more of a shower. Pre-PE, my flaccid was nearly non-existent. After a workout at the gym, it was maybe 1.5”X3. I was definitely the smallest penis I’d see at the gym. Now, even after a workout, it’s typically 3.5/4X5. Not what some may call a shower, but it illustrates that it’s possible to improve one’s flaccid dramatically. On a warm day it’s usually 5X5.

Flaccid is often the first gains that new guys experience, and it was what got me hooked on PE.

Do the Newbie Routine for a few months and see where it takes you. Good luck.

I’m a newbie to this but even I have had some awesome results from buying a pump and it certainly helps my flaccid look, that’s what I mostly don’t like is I too am a grower and it sucks, especially being in the locker room every weekend. I started at a 4.3 EG and today after a pump session I measured about right on 5 to 5.1 EG. I use a heating pad the entire time wrapped around the pump for 2 20 minute sessions it gets a little hot sometimes but the added heat works like magic

I used to turtle really bad especially if I had been doing some hard manual labor.

Now I rarely turtle and my flaccid is definately longer.

All responses. I do find at my BPEL increases as long as my fat pad doesn’t that I do notice an increase in regular EL.

I did some searching and came across an exercise that is certainly helping my flaccid. I don’t know if it will permanently alter it, but it’s helping when I do it. Bed Fowfers are what they’re called, and I sleep while doing a bed fowfers every night now and I have a bigger flaccid most of the following day. Hopefully this will progressively decrease he ratio of flaccid/erect.

I also hypothesize that any long-term exercise would have a similar impact on the flaccid. Such as wearing a cock ring throughout the day, or an ADS device. The bed fowfer follows the same principle of time not intensity and is working for me.

My pre pe flaccid was roughly 3.75/4 inches in length. My recent flaccid has been between 4.5 and 5 inches long.

The past 9 days i gave started using a vacuum ads and even on off days in the cold (which I’m sensitive too) my flaccid has been 5inches long no shorter and sometimes a bit more.

That’s awesome man, cngrats. I’ve thought about trying the grip system. which one are you using?

I just ordered a Bib Hanger. hopefully that will help with flaccid a little too. Although I suspect long-term use like fowfers, ads, and all day cock rings likely yield the greatest flaccid help.

Maybe get in really good shape?

I’d been thinking about this a lot. I saw a pic somewhere on the web where a guy lost a lot of weight and he went from a button dick, to something one might even be proud of (long and looking like a penis). It seems he reduced his ‘fat pad’ down to a minimal level, therefore giving his penis nowhere to hide, perhaps better circulation in that area in general. I’m on a quest to truly get down to 10% body fat.. So I’ll let you know how it works out.

Kavemonster there is no doubt in my mind that it will at least certainly help. I personally have a 2” fat pad so my 4”FL would be 6” if I didn’t have the fat pad… I focus mostly on upperbody weightlifting. some injuries from the army make it painful to run like I use too but I’m gonna have to figure something out because I def need to lower my body fat %. Maybe elliptical for some cardio…. or just more hardcore sexx
