BTC while you sleep

This has probably been answered but I can’t really find much on it in the search button. So does anybody here do this for a stretch while they sleep and if so can someone explain how it’s done? Also has this method worked for length gains or flaccid gains for anyone? Thanks.

Yeah, fowfers while sleeping are dangerous incase you get wood and can’t adjust naturally while you sleep… ouch!

Hello Girth, how are you? I read your description of your routine on Bed Fowfers, when you are doing them would they work the same if you put your dick out behind instead of leaving them between your thighs? Like a standing BTC, but sleeping on your side. Is it better leaving your member between your legs so it can act as an aid of keeping it warm like in your description? Thanks.

Ghitter- Heres what I have been doing. If you wood decides to get hard it will so don’t let anyone scare you from doing this routine. I swear it has been working for me.

1. I hang at night when I am on the PC (right before bed).
2. I go to bed right after hanging and I lay down on my side.
3. While on my side I pull my knees up to form two 90º angles. Like if you were sitting on a chair.
4. I raise the legs that is on top.
5. I reach around my leg between crotch and grab my pecker.
6. I pull my pecker as far as I can and then close my legs on it.
7. Then I slowly extend both legs into a straight position until I feel a good stretch.
8. Go to sleep.

I have done this enough that I can sleep most of the night like this. Your inner thigh gets warm and sort of sticky and that helps hold it in place. Another trick if you turn alot is to take a belt and put it around both legs about where you glans is positioned. This will keep your thighs locked together all night, and even if you turn on your back it will stay in place.

You get a good stretch doing this and I think that the heat really works on your ligs all night.

P.S. Your not clamping enough to cut off circulation, so don’t worry about that. It is the stickiness that helps hold it in place.

I agree with everything woody said except the belt. You really don’t need it. The stickiness or suction will keep you pretty well tucked. I really don’t think the suction will hold down a nocturnal erection. Mine just pops right out from between my legs, once the erection subsides I retuck. I have gotten to the point I almost do this without thinking. For me it is very comfy with the little man all toasty and snug and tucked in. After I’m all warmed up and stretched out the tuck even stays when I turn over on my back. I can’t imagine why anyone would have trouble doing this; it feels so natural to me. But evidently a lot of guys do have trouble with it.
