Hy , I`m new to the forum.I start doing some PE exercises about a month ago but I didn’t`t follow a routine. I did few days and I had to many rest days.I tried to stretch but I got some red spots on my dick an then I took many rest days..
I started today the newbie routine and it`s like this
5 minutes warm up with a hot shower
200 jelq.wet jelq :P
BC exercises : 200 quick squeezes
5 long squeezes
I have a question for those who are familiar with the BTC stretch and maybe who got some results with this exercises to.I read on the PE manual at the BTC stretch and is write only to hold the dick besides the legs for 5 minutes if it`s comfortable.my quetion is after you finish you stop or you repeat it? I dis today only a BTC stretch and I held my dick about 2 minutes. You guys how much BTC stretch you do? Thanks
