Hello guys, I’m coming back after a looong break. I used to do PE last year, didn’t do it for long though, maybe 3-4 months and I noticed small to no gains then I had to stop because stuff happened in my life and I just stopped it alltogether.

Basically I got back into PE some weeks ago and I’m starting again with the newbie routine, but the twist here is that I tried to do BTC instead of the standard down/side/up stretch and I heard TWO small pops one after the other in a very short period of time.

Is this a serious issue? I didn’t feel anything when it happened, it just made me worry.

Its a great sign that gains are about to come.

It’s not a sign of any potential gain. Simple ligament pops.

No issues, it is just a ligament pop, Bib says that guys usually reports this kind of “strange” things when you do BTC stretch. And some advocates that is maybe a sign of gains coming, but there is really no correlation to that, pop is just oxygen popping out.

It freaked me out so bad the first time I experienced one of these pops. I thought I might have broken my dick. It wasn’t painful, but I felt that “pop” in the base of my dick, and I was squatting down, doing a straight downward stretch, and POP, and I swear I actually felt my hands move downward, as if I had suddenly pulled another half inch of dick out of my pelvis. I thought for sure I had overdone the stretch. But, it turns out it’s no big deal, it’s like cracking your knuckles. I remember my stomach felt like it was going to drop right out of my body, or like I was going to throw up or something. Scared the crap outta me. To be honest, it still freaks me out a little bit. Don’t know if I’ll ever get used to it.
