BTC and ADS optimal length gain
I was wondering, is this combination optimal for length gains? Lets say your wear your ADS with an upward angle for a Hour, and when it gets a bit sore, you do a BTC stretch (Fowfer) for the next hour. After that you use the ADS in an upward angle for an hour and Fowfer after that and so on. Think you get optimal length gains or am I wrong? Because first you stretch the tunica with the ADS, and then the Ligs with the Fowfer. No better way to get length gains I suppose?
