BruiseBlack Spot

Hi,

Yesterday I might have been a bit to eager so I stretched a bit harder and the result is a very small black spot (diameter 2 mm).I think this could be some bruise but I´m not sure.When I roll back my foreskin this spot moves so I think probaby this injury is just superficial.

Do you what kind of injury this is?
Do I have to take some days off because of this?
Maybe I´m just more than careful.

Just before you ask,yes,I had warmed up.

Don’t do PE anymore today and see if it is still there tomorrow after a good night of sleep. If it is still there, take that day off too, if it is gone proceed with your routine.

Well,I got that bruise on Wednesday in the evening.Up to now only the colour has changed.It´s no longer blue/black but red now,seems as if it has bleeched.
What should I do now?

Yep, wait until it is gone. When that is the case you can return to your routine.

That the color has changed from blue to red is a good sign, that means that the healing process has started already :) .
