So I was dry stretching and jelquing, and notice a few broken vessels on the shaft, nothing too big. I’m wondering, does doing PE the next day slow the healing of these guys? And should one stop mid workout when you notice them, or just lighten up a little? And I’m correct in thinking that these diminish as the penis accustoms to the workouts, right?

What does means ‘broken vessels’? You mean red dots?

Hold off on any pe until they disappear. Then, resume your routine using less force. Good luck.
