Broken Condom

Broken Condom

Anyone under about 5 inch girth ever broken a condom? My partner claims her previous experience broke a condom but was not so big. State your stats if you have!

It depends what they were doing with the condom. There are some fellas smaller than myself who have far greater broken condom stories than what I do.

However Broken condoms are not important. What is important is that you are here at Thundersplace and with an opportunity to learn and grow that which rests in between your legs.

05/12/2005 : BPEL: 6.1"x EG:5.5" Current as of : 24/12/2011 : BPEL 7.87" x EG: 6.3" Long term Goal 8.5"x 6.4"

" There is only one option success; for failure is the refusal to persist"

not under 5 inch girth but to break a condom is not so hard just have her suck your penis with the condom so that it is no longer has lube and if she is decently tight and not so wet with a little bit of friction it will eventually break.

Condoms are easy to break. Especially if you cum a little in it, but are too lazy to just change the condom. I broke a couple like that.

Condoms cannot be one size fits all.

Some are longer and some are shorter, but that’s not what causes them to break.

Condoms also have a nominal width measured in mm ,so it fits the girth of the penis correctly. If too tight it can(will) break.

Most condoms available on the market caters for the average of 4,5” to 4.7” girth diameter. The nominal sizes for those averages are 53mm and 57mm respectively(according to Mysize-condoms.com .)

Sure,if you are over 5” in girth you can stretch a 53mm or a 57mm(or even a 47 mm) on and it might be the right length, but they fit tight(cut down blood supply) and can make you go limp(which can make condoms slip off).

As far as I know Mysize-condoms.com are one of the few manufacturers that have condoms in nominal sizes of 60 mm , 64mm and 69 mm to cater for the girthier penis.

Longer, thicker, tighter, deeper

I’ve broken multiple condoms at my starting size (see below) due to vigorous sexcapades as a teen & into my twenties. Was jarring each time since you get that sudden change in sensation and realize your not in Kansas anymore.

Dream big, however your mileage will vary...

Jan/17: 5.5" x 4.4" vol 8.4 ci

Feb/23: 7.1" x 4.6" vol 12.1 ci. :woot2:

What would you say was the reason?
What brand did you wear?
Did you avoid things like oil based lubricants, warm storage, putting it crumpled in your wallet, expiration date, etc.

Typically Lifestyles cuz of their close fit and the thinness of the condoms. Never used any lube other than the girl’s or the lube that came on them. Never carried any in my wallet and used fresh ones since I needed to NOT have any issues. I think the breakage was probably due to some of all the above. They were the thinnest I could get my hands on and I’d use without lube even when she might’ve been drying out. That and back then sex was often a weekend event where me and the girl I’d nailed came at it with unbridled intensity. So lucky not to have become a baby daddy.

Loose condom has additional friction. But i guess that counts only for something like 4 inches girth and less (in any area, be it tip, mid or base). In most cases reason for rupture is bad quality or “dry” sex.

Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

I must be the dumbest guy in the world, in my whole life, I mean whole, I have problems with condoms, they break, they cut blood supply, I just want to take off and don’t use and I thought I was using them wrong all this time, like you see a person fit a arm in a condom, so maybe it’s not like my dick is to big for a condom. But that’s exactly my problem!!

In my country there are no custom made condom, so I can’t try any one these, but it feels good to know I was not the problem.

And yes I am writing this and sound dumber as fuck.

I’m with you Phyriel. Used them for years and never teally knew there were other sizes, or just didnt think I met that criteria. They did sort of fit, with some effort. Struggled to roll them on, ripped it, get another, make sure there’s a ‘reservoir tip’ and get it off quick as I could when finished.

Never broke one during use, just occasionally putting them on. Did go with thicker ones to keep from ripping them.

Finally got a vasectomy so didn’t have to worry about them anymore. I guess I missed the experience of buying magnums and seeing the cashier’s response.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Primarily due to friction. You can’t always know how wet she is/isn’t when wearing a condom. Make sure she’s lubricated. Obviously, if the fit is snug, then that’s more stress on the condom and increases the probability that it will break.

Start: BPEL: 7” MSEG: 5" | Current: BPEL: 8.25” MSEG: 5.75" | Goal: BPEL: 8.5” MSEG: 6"

1st Goal: 7.5" x 5.5" | Achieved: 01/15/2021 | 2nd Goal: 8.25 x 5.75 | Achieved: 05/19/2021
