I have been PEing now for almost 3 years (purely stretching and jelqing - 5 days on 2 off, 5 min warm up, 5 minutes stretching, 200 or so jelqs, some ULI’s, occasional clamping and edging, 10 min warm down). What I’ve noticed in the last 3 months or so is that if I take even one day off, the next jelqing session leaves my dick blotchy red in a two to three inch range in the middle, all the way around. If I jelq every day, this does not happen, as I’m well conditioned. I can only think that over the course of the 40 hours or so that I’m off, there is significant capillary and/or tissue generation and I am rupturing new growth. This makes me think that my time off is more beneficial than I thought and maybe I should go to more time off than on. I am getting a nice, dark patch in that area and am not liking it, as I have been so careful over the years.

Any insight would be well appreciated.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

It sounds like something that is happening when you do the uli’s or clamping. The best way to get rid of it is take 4 to 6 weeks off and then come back nice and easy and probably avoid the uli’s and clamping for a while after starting up again.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
