Broken blood vessels from manual stretching
I have a couple of broken blood vessels from manual stretching. There’s this one that keeps coming back.
For now I guess I should just lay off the stretches and do longer warm-ups maybe?
I couldn’t find any threads dealing with broken blood vessels from stretching, is this because it’s uncommon?
How do you people try to prevent broken blood vessels?
Also, how serious of an injury is this?
