I have been PE’ing daily for about 8 months without ANY incident.

This morning I was jelqing and pulling a little harder than usual and I felt a slight (but sharp) pain on the right side of my penis. One of the small veins is clearly ruptured.

I now have a small discolored area benieth the skin at the point of the rupture.

My queston is: About how long do these things take to heal?

My plan was to take a couple weeks off and start back slowly.

Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Depending on how bad it is, your plan is OK. I had one that I started back on gently after a couple of weeks and it ruptured again straight away - not as badly as the first time. It took 6 weeks before it could take any pressure. When you start back, be very gentle and keep a close eye on the area all the time; even the slightest of marks in the same area and you need to stop right away. All the best.
