Brief question

Brief question

I decided to put this in the newbie section because it could be of use to some newer members. I was curious to know if anyone has seen whether smoking cigarettes hinders gains. I have been peing for quite a while and have made good gains but I wonder if they could be improved if I can quit smoking cigarettes.

Any comments would be appreciated, also on a side note I am aiming purely for girth now.

I had decent gains and smoked the entire time. But I am fairly certain that quitting smoking could have only helped me. Not only my PE, but my general health and wallet too.

I think quitting smoking would probably be the best supplement to a PE workout there is.

It probably is, I just need to do it. That is all there is to it.

One thought, smoking decreases the amount of oxygen in the blood and increases the amount of toxins free floating in the blood also. I am not “smoking bashing” since I smoked for 25+ years and recently quit in 2009, but what I mentioned before is something to consider, since you’re wanting to promote growth and toxins and low oxygen do not promote that.

Anything that improves your heart function will improve the effectiveness of your PE efforts (and any other exercize regimen)
