Hello all, been following around this forum for about a month now and I’ve come across a couple questions. But first, a little background of my routine.

I’ve been pe’ing for 1 month now and have been following the newbie routine. 5 minutes warmup.5-10 min stretching, 10 min 3 sec jelques, then 5min warmdown.

Anyways, I noticed that I haven’t made any gains when erect. I can only notice visible games when flaccid. My penis feels fuller and heavier, and a lot more veiny. I try to keep my penis around 80 percent when jelquing, but it seems to always die down to about 40 percent. So whenever I jelque, I try to do some heli shakes or just stroke my penis until I get up to 80 ish percent and then I jelque. The thing is, I can only get about 15 - 20 jelques in, them I have to stop and heli shake or stroke my penis just to get my penis up to 80 percent.

Is this a problem as to why I’m not making any erect girth gains? I’ve been trying to check for any positive pe indicators, but I don’t get any consistently. I notice I don’t really get any morning wood and its hard to get a full erection.

I also tend to edge and ejaculate at different times during the day. Sometimes a couple hours before pe’ing.or right after.

I’ve decided today to give my penis a couple days rest.no edging, ejaculating, or pe until friday.

So, to restate my question. Since I always have to get my penos hard after 15jelques, does that hinder penis growth? Am I supposed to be consistent and knock out about 150 jelques at the same level of erection? And, does it sound like my penis is fatigued and need to give it some rest?

Perhaps it is fatigued. A rest like you are doing may give a good idea if this is the case.

Jelqing is a strange activity! Many people have troubles with maintaining erection level whilst jelqing, especially when starting it for the first time. I was like you, and it was only after a few months when I could jelq without interruption for 5-10 minutes. Perhaps you need to just need patience to train your penis like I did.

Oh and girth gains will come, but only with perseverance and consistency. Good luck! :)

I also think your penis is too tired, and ejaculating as much as this could be strongly related to that if it happens on a regular basis.

Try to recover your erection during jelquing strokes instead of by masturbating movements or other ways. At the beginning it is not so easy, but it is better in the end. Anyway, I guess the first point might be the most important.

Keep kegaling and you will learn to control your erection level while you jelq.

similarly to 74, it took me a while to get used to jelqing. Even now I take a break after every 100.. You seem to understand, and as other have said, taking a day or two break will probably help with your morning wood issues. However in general the newbie route and such light jelqing usually help rather than hinder with regards to more erections and blood flow.

Another pointer with regards to ejaculating. It is fine if you have high libido and are young enough to get frequent erections, but even then it is best not to ejaculate after jelquing. Your penis would be nice and engorged as well as quite fatigued from the workout, ejaculating only over burns it and ends up short, hard and turtled! Not good at least in my books.

I have to take breaks with jelqing but only because I go from 80% erect to 100%.

I have no problems with keeping my erection around 80%, but I was still wandering if it would be good to make some small breaks during the jelqing session. From what is written above, I get the impression it is not. Anyone?

I think you would be wise to take a day off from using your penis for anything but pee’ing. Then use a wet jelq (lubricated) and keep the grip pressure to what you would need to squeeze honey from a smoth stick. I’d call it a medium pressure. Then be sure to kegel just before the squeeze and release the kegel just before the end of your stroke so you can repeat the technique. If this isn’t keeping it erect then focus on a snapshot in your mind that you find exceptionally hot and buck your hips with the kegel as if you were penetrating a sexual orifice. This always helps me and it is a great workout for your abdominal muscles too. I usually stop at 100 and do a 30-40 spin helicopter stretch whether it’s erect or not. Then I proceed. I like the blood flow the heli gives my dick. Good luck man and happy jelqing!

I think in general it’s better to jelq as continuously as possible. I don’t know if anyone has ever tried on purpose such a routine like you’re talking about, maybe by using more pressure during these jelq strokes in sets, it’s an idea for vet’s, but in my opinion the standard jelquing should be carried out as constantly as possible.
