Break for Autoexleeve on off days

I have started to use the Autoexleeve, to see if it can do anything for me.

Anybody know if one should take a brake for this on off days, or just go every day?

Because it is meant more as an anti-turtle device and not an intense ADS, I would wear it every single day.

At least wear it for six days and take a day off or wear for 10 hours every day and take weekend off.it will vary on your own routine just draw up a routine you can stick with

Depends which AutoXleeve you’re wearing…If you’re wearing the really tight one (red I think) for instance, and its giving you a powerful stretch, you may want to take rest days. Just listen to how your penis feels (lol modality confusion), if you think it might need a rest, give it one :)

I use the yellow one.
So I think I will try to wear it as much as I can.
