Hello everyone,

What a great site this is! I had no idea what PE was until I stumbled into this site and now I’m hooked on researching it before I start. Here’s my routine I’ve had for a week. 5mn warm up with hot towel, 200 jelqs with Vaseline then hot shower. Every other day. I can already tell my erections are getting stronger I think this stuff actually may work. My wife is 7.5 inches deep and she wants that last inch so that’s my goal . Can anyone help a noob out with a good basic newbie plan?

Sounds that you’re off to a good start already.
I’m noob too and have been doing this for just over a month. My EQ has gone up during this time but I’m unsure if I did any length or girth gains since I didn’t find a consistent way of measuring until last week. So my tip is to figure this out and you’ll have a much better chance of tracking your progress.

Try using the Palmer’s cocoa butter that comes in a jar instead of Vaseline, it lasts much longer, isn’t as messy and works much better for jelqing. Much better for your skin too.

Is my routine correct? Should I be going every day? Current routine every other day 250 jelqs.

Welcome Eric,
If its not broken, don’t fix it. You said you’re seeing positive results with what your doing so stick to it. Only change and add reps/sets/days or new exercises when your current ones don’t provide enough stimulation for growth.

Thanks for the advice guys, I just noticed my erections were always good to go but recently since I started this they have been harder, fuller . I edge alot almost everyday should back off on that?
