I am just starting PE because I feel I am lacking somewhat down there even though others may not think so.
I see a lot of people here starting below me and some starting above me. Some of the acronyms I’m kind of guessing on so some help with those first would be great. (Eg. NBPEL, BPEL, EG, etc.)

I heard about PE a week ago and it was a video about a man explaining his experience. He started at 5.75” and using his exercise, after about 4 months, reached 7”. This mans exercise included 250 Wet Jelqs, and 200 seconds of stretching/kegels at the end. I thought to myself wow great ill do this for about 4 months and grow nearly an inch a half putting me over average, but after reading some of the stories on here I see that people are gaining approximately 0.5” at 4 months some even gained 0.25” after 3 years.

On to the basics, I just turned 18 years old and want to start to PE. I grew up hearing about my dad’s member thinking oh boy am I gonna be a lucky kid. I’ve heard from different people that my dad is 8 - 9”. I feel like I am not gonna grow naturally anymore even though my dad says the last time ‘he noticed’ growth was at 21. He hit puberty at an older age as did I, but anyways, I always grew up thinking I was gonna be pretty big.

Right now, I assume average penis size to be 6 - 7” and with these exercises I hope to be a fair bit above that.
I am 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 140 (Average male?) and not knowing the acronyms I’m just going to state in a manner that is easy to understand.

My penis has a slight downward curve to it. When I am very stimulated I reach an erect penis size of about 6.75” but if not really stimulated it sits at about 6.4-6.5” when erect. I measured my girth a couple of months ago and if I remember correctly I was at 5” but if enough people are interested in helping me I will update it.

My goals right now would be for 4 months, meaning in 4 months I would like to be at approximately 7.25-7.5” and an increase in girth of 0.5” at least. I plan on using manual exercises only (no hanging, or other PE devices). If there’s any advice or feedback on ANYTHING I have posted please help a newcomer out. I can answer questions as well. Mainly I’m wondering if I should stick to this other man’s plan/exercises or if there’s anything else I should do. If people are supportive I will update every now and then. ANY feedback would be great.

I have done A LOT of reading and research about this. The only thing I MIGHT be lacking is some information on the anatomy of the penis which might help me out but that’s nothing I can’t cover before I figure out my routine and expectations.

Right now I need a routine to start asap. I have assessed all the risks and right now the one I’m most worried about is the turkey neck and the forming of the baseball. The very base of my penis is much thinner than the middle. I will post pictures up anyone wants to see what I’m talking about.

Anyways, I need one because my girlfriend is visiting in the summer and id like to have some improvements by then.

Congratulations on all your prior work— if it was so comprehensive why are you asking for a routine?

Oh well I am sorry. I didn’t mean to be like that but I guess I was just asking maybe if I should stick to the Newbie Routine here or go with the other man’s routine which netted him approx 1.5” in 4 months.
Can I rephrase my question?

‘Should I try out this man’s plan/exercises and give it 4 months to see what happens and if nothing come back and start over? Or should I just start with these newbie exercises?’

I can provide you to a link with the other man’s exercises if needed.

You can do whatever you like- but bear in mind that simply because something may [or may not] have given a guy some quick size doesn’t mean that you will have the same response.

You want to try the other guy’s routine first- go right ahead- no skin off TP ass.

Will it work? Who knows- you’re welcome to post your results here either way.

Could it interfere with long range PE results? Who knows?

You’re 18 and an adult now- time to man up and make your own choices.

Everyone responds differently, some ppl are lucky to gain fast, some gain averagely, some slow, and some unfortunate ppl don’t gain at all…

Results in PE are just like results anywhere else in life. Some people progress quickly, while others progress slowly.

The thing to keep in mind is that people are full of bullshit. Just because other people said this, doesn’t make it true. Moreover, if your sources consist of women, they’re notoriously bad at estimating penis size.

Your assumption is wrong. Check out Penis Size: The True Average and you’ll see that the average is smaller than you think. You are already a fair bit above the average.

If you checked out the above link, you would have seen that you are actually on the bigger side. Moreover, you aren’t that tall so your penis probably looks huge on your body.

It’s possible you might get there in 4 months but don’t get your hopes up. On the other hand, your starting size of 6.75” is on the larger side so you definitely have a good chance of reaching your goals eventually. Just don’t hurt yourself trying to get there in a short period of time. Girls come and go; your dick stays with you for life. No girl is worth a cock injury.

In reply, I heard about my dad from my mother and stepmother. I wouldn’t say they’re reliable sources but I’m sure they weren’t off by much. Apart from that I found condom boxes stating they were for bigger people etc. I’m sure when my stepmother talks about his 10”er, she exaggerates but if not, I just got unlucky? Or maybe it’s still growing? Looking at that chart makes me feel a bit more comfortable about my own size but I still feel there’s room for improvements. I have decided to go it the TP way :] (directed towards Andro.) I’m also considering maybe an all day stretcher later on after a couple of months and MAYBE POSSIBLY, some hanging.

I also like the whole girls come and go thing but I have a feeling this girl might be the one. I don’t wanna be overly big for her because she is 5’ 4” but somewhere around the 7.5 - 8” in the long run (not necessarily in those 4 months)

I took measurements again today because yesterday I did not know what BP (bone pressed) was but don’t expect to much of a change. Here goes.

START:
BPEL - 6.9 - 7”
EG - 5.0” Base / 5.3” Mid (Thickest)
BPFL - 4.25”

GOALS:
BPEL - 7.75”
EL - 7.5”
EG- 5.8 - 6”
BPFL - doesn’t really matter.5” ?

If I have a really low LOT (6:00 - 7:00) meaning my ligs are probably already lengthy enough, should I just kegel/stretch at a high angle to impact the tunica more? Or is that only for hanging?

I believe this also works for stretching, although some people say the LOT theory is dated.


20/03/08 BPEL: 5.9" EG: 5.1" 1 year goal: 7.4" BPEL 5.1" EG Long term goal: 8" BPEL 6" EG

Like Makina said the LOT theory seems to be without merit. Ignore your LOT number and exercise in the ways that give you good results.
