my goals are, in order of importance:

1 increased girth
2 improve erection endurance
3 improve length

I’m basically looking for what exercises/routines would be ideal for me to start into.

I’ve seen a lot of great info on what to do and how to do it, but I’m having trouble deciding on which exercises are best for my goals?

any help you could provide me with or any links to this info if I have missed it would be much appreciated :)

First, start with the newbie routine seen as a sticky thread at the top of this forum. You have to condition your dick to take the stress of PE’ing.

After a couple of months, and you feel you are ready, try squeezes, ULI’s, and you can look into hanging as well. Just do a search for “girth excercises” and you will come up with a bunch of ideas. Read, read, and read.
