brand new, see lots of information, confused
my goals are, in order of importance:
1 increased girth
2 improve erection endurance
3 improve length
I’m basically looking for what exercises/routines would be ideal for me to start into.
I’ve seen a lot of great info on what to do and how to do it, but I’m having trouble deciding on which exercises are best for my goals?
any help you could provide me with or any links to this info if I have missed it would be much appreciated :)
