Hi everyone!

I’ve never done PE before and an obvious starting point would be to do the newbie routine. I do find that I’m already bottoming out with my girlfriend and the last thing she would want is more length. So I’m a bit concerned starting up with the newbie routine if it leads to significant length gains. I was thinking skipping any of the stretching and just do the warm up and the jelqing.

I’m also contemplating getting a pump and from what I’ve read, after some conditioning I’ll probably want a clamp.

What are your thoughts regarding the ideal routine for someone exclusively looking for girth gains.

Also what would you recommend for days on vs days off.

Also my starting stats are 7.2 BPEL x 5.2 MEG and I’m really only looking for a max of a .5 MEG gain - quite frankly I’d be very happy with a .3-.4 gain.

I’m pretty sure that jelqing alone will be all you need and also you shouldn’t worry too much about length gains, I think. If so, just quit… :)

As far as I know, clamping seems to be the only method where most people report little or none length gain. But, a newbie shouldn’t clamp, IMO.

If I were you, I’d just start the newbie routine with zero stretching.

After conditioning your dick as mentioned above, I recommend starting a pumping routine. I believe I gained over 1 inch in girth with little or no gains in length. I did not see any length gains until I started hanging and extending.

Any penis exercise has a contribution on length expansion. So if you are willing to engage on this game, length gains is unavoidable.

As for routine scheduling, start alternating the work and rest days. Since you don’t know how much your penis can handle, start as light as possible.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

Latest 8.2” x 5.1” (5.3" BEG)

You will get girth gains from everything really. Clamping (not for newbies) and v-jelqs worked really well for me in gaining girth but there was still some unavoidable length gain (which is desirable for me)
