I’ve been making slow and steady progress. That’s nice and I like the way I look and feel. But the compliment my wife gave me, put me on Cloud Nine. I showed her how to jelq me and I don’t know who enjoyed that more, her or me. I read the forum posts and would like to thank the senior members for their advice on PE basics, beginning routines, PE do’s and don’ts, and typical progress. I was going a bit too fast and hard at the beginning, and fortunately a moderator told me to slow down, take my time, and not rush things.
My penis is healthy and has become well conditioned and toned from PE. Now I can do extended and intense PE routines that would have left me sore and bruised as a Newbie. My erections are longer, stronger, harder, and thicker, and my orgasms are longer and more intense. I also seem to be urinating better. Anyone experienced these effects? MC

Plan: Longer and more intense stretching sessions - I work in an office with a fair amount of desk time, so ADS, clamping, etc. Are definite possibilities. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
