BPFSL vs BPEL = gain potential?

My erect length has followed bpfsl by around one inch. Today I measured a bpfsl of 8.5” I will be checking to see how close my erect length is to 7.5”

I believe this to be pretty accurate. I started with a BPFSL .5” shorter than my BPEL. I didn’t see any length gains until my BPFSL began to catch up to my BPEL. Currently after a good stretch its .25” longer and I’ve gained .5” BPEL in the past 6 months since I started. So I’m hoping this theory is true because that means I’m currently in the zone!

Well, I’m here to tell you I certainly did. Significantly in my opinion. I’ve probably measured at least 100 times in the past 6 months. I’ve watched very closely and very patiently the change take place.

Well, I’m here to tell you I certainly did. Significantly in my opinion. I’ve probably measured at least 100 times in the past 6 months. I’ve watched very closely and very patiently the change take place.

My BPFSL was around 0.5” shorter than my BPEL when I started a month and a half ago, and now is about 0.25”. Like others have said given head/glans size, I figure both are essentially the same for me now, although I seem to have gained some BPEL as well.


Current: BPEL 7.9"/NBPEL 6.75" MEG 5.2", BPFL 6.5"/NBPFL 5.5" FG 4.4"

I know of other members that have stated their BPFSL is less than BPEL. This doesn’t apply to me but I know I have read that before.

My BPFSL is shorter than my erect. I don’t know how that is possible, but mine is. I’ve gained a good amount and it hasn’t caught up.

Weird.

Interesting, I never looked at BPFSL before reading this. I’d seen it but thought it meant “Front Side Length”, which doesn’t really make any sense and I wouldn’t know where to start measuring that anyway. This clears up a lot for me on that alone.

I’m not measuring obsessively, but since I started anew with my official measurements 5 weeks ago I’ve found that on Good Days I can reach 7.25 BPEL, which is a .25” gain. But since I didn’t measure the BPFSL then and never have, I have no idea how that erect gain might relate to changes, if any, in the BPFSL since then until now.

What I have noticed, in measuring BPFSL for the first time tonight, is that BPEL is .55” longer than BPFSL! So I’m in that group who have a longer EL than FSL. Well, I still gained EL, and perhaps this is due to improved EQ (I’ve noticed the Glans is being improved in recent erections the last couple of weeks). I expect that this will continue to improve as I continue to Jelq and stretch, Kegels, and also lots of good Edging (almost always refraining from any Orgasms or Ejaculations). I’ll have to keep an eye on both of these measurements and see what happens over the next month!

I happen to agree with another member who says that EQ development is the real lynch pin to true and persistent growth. I think when that reaches its fullness, then tissue growth starts to overflow that limit of maximum EQ, and that is the best and truest growth, the most substantive, and the safest (and what better way to keep an eye on the health effects of PE on the penis). No use breaking it in trying to improve it.

What if both gain at the same time, but one becomes more noticeable only when the other has some proportionality to it and vis-a-vis girth, and that the ratios of these might be complex as it is. Throw in the fact that we have different kinds of tissues that are growing, and they grow at different rates when stretching and repairing are involved (such as nerves, etc).

My gut says a stronger pc muscle would probably narrow the margin between the two. Might be worth looking into.

I think saiyan22 and others are correct in edging, jelqing and anything else that tries to create maximum blood flow into the penis. To me this applies to my hanging experience.
My first round of hanging I almost never jelqed and I noticed erection issues and definitely my BPFSL rocketed ahead of BPEL.

My erection issues could be stress related or even due to weight gain. However, I still have the extra weight and I am still stressed. But now I do 250 jelqs and I am experimenting with limited edging after each hanging session. I have noticed more spontaneous erections and better quality of erections. BPEL has grown but I truly don’t know yet if it is catching up to BPFSL yet. My BPEL grew even before I did this new routine but I am curious about the rate of change between the two.

I should find out within time if it does help keep them closer since I have been tracking with my excel file since last December. If I find out that the jelqing and the edging really doesn’t help in keeping BPEL and BPFSL closer I will still do them just for the EQ benefits.

Definitely a good plan. I don’t think there is any PE protocol where some form of jelqing (even light jelqing) and pelvic floor exercise would not be a good addition.

I know this is an old Post. But, I just want to give my 2 cents. I’m also an hard gainer and I do believe that it’s because my BPFSL is less than BPEL.

No, I just do warm up. Applying constant heat is too difficult for me. Lately, I’ve lost my belief in warm up too​. Though it is said to prevent injuries, it’s role in gains is still questionable.

You probably can gain length if your FSL is lower than your EL, or even the same, but I think when you’re specifically doing length work EL is very likely to trail FSL.

My EL gains didn’t start until FSL was ~0.5 inch ahead. Since then both have been increasing at the same rate, keeping the difference between the two consistent.


April 2017: 6.5" BPEL -> July 2017: 7" BPEL

December goal: 7.5" BPEL

My routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches throughout the day. Yes, that's all.
