BPFSL confusion

My BPFSL has increased significantly from around 7.5 to slightly over 9, over the last six months. This has resulted in around an inch gain in BPEL from 7.5 to 8.5 inches.

I’m uncut and a grower with a long foreskin, but I stretch my flaccid so does my foreskin which results in me reaching the 9 inch mark. My actual penis stops at around 7 and 3/4.

Am I measuring correctly? From what I understand the difference between BPFSL and BPEL is fairly normal at 0.5 inches. I can upload photos if you want.

Pull back your foreskin hold below your glans make sure you are not holding your foreskin then stretch ,now see where you penis head measures to hence that is you length.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

My penis can’t stretch when I do that. The best I can do is stretch my foreskin and measure from where my head meets which is 8 inches. I’ve definitely made gains in length and somewhat in girth. Can I presume it’s due to stretching.

Then just measure your BPEL from now on to measure your gains , if you are having trouble measuring BPFSL .

How have I gained if I’ve just stretched my foreskin?

Your BPFSL is from the base on the upside pelvic bone up to the tip of your penis head in the stretched state.

Foreskin is not part of the BPFSL ..

Well, yes.

If you diid noting else thhen stretching then you gained from it. If you want to keep gaining then do exactly the same until you stop gaining

Thanks for reassuring me. I’ve noticed that since I’ve gained it takes me a lot longer to get fully hard so I’ve decided to kegel and go on a diet to lose my 2 inch fatpad.

Hey squirrel please tell me how you stretch, how often and for how long and how many. I’ve managed to lose 12kg in 2 months and I can see my penis looks bigger now that my fatpad has also reduced. My erections are also firmer and I’m very horny of late.

Makes sense. Sounds like a good plan. Jsut never stop totally with stretches. Do at least a light maintaining routine.(even if its jsut 2- 3 minutes)

I grab the entirety of my penis with great force from left to right. I hold it for about 10 seconds, rest for 5, and repeat it again 50 times in the morning, afternoon and before bed. Whenever I go to toilet I always give it a little tug anyway.

Congratulations on the weight loss, how did you do it?

Yes, stretching and other length work can impact the EQ espacially when you gained.

A theory is that the increase in length needs to be “filled out”.. (simple: like a baloon that is stretched but with same air..)
Kegels will help as do exercises that target the smooth muscles and vein structure.
You can throw in some jelqs, or squezzes at a bit higher erection % (maybe 40-60%).
Weight loss / fitness always helps..
