So this is kind of a multipart thread/question. For starters, my BPFSL is 1.25” longer than my BPEL. My first question is, even though I know there’s no such thing as “normal” what is the average BPFSL/BPEL ratio? Second, does having a longer BPFSL make it easier to get length gains?

Third, and the main part of my question is this. I’m considering trying a combined stretch+jelq. My thinking is that I’ll get the benefit of the stretched length while at the same time forcing more blood in, thus getting a better internal pressure stretch and potentially yielding more length. Does anyone have experience with this type of exercise and if so, have you seen good results from it?

BPFSL being longer than BPEL isn’t unusual. Mine is as well. I don’t think anyone has ever calculated a normal “ratio” of the two. Also, In my experience a longer BPFSL doesn’t make it any easier to get length gains. I continue to struggle to gain. But I’m also not convinced that is a factor that LIMITS length gains. In other words, I don’t think it has an effect one way or another.

I think any kind of firm jelqing really is a “stretch+jelq” as you’ve described it. You should probably take it easy on the pressure at first, though. I don’t know how long you’ve done this, but you really want to avoid injury. The newbie routine really is the most consistent suggestion for “staying safe”.
