Bpel Vs Bpfsl
Does bpfsl relate to gains in bpel? I have gained 1.5” in both but seemed to have slowed down.
Goal - NBPEL- 8.5 EG-6.5

Thanks guys. I’ve been doing pe since January. Not totally positive about the 1.5 being spot on since I wasn’t sure on how to measure correctly but pretty close. I feel a lot more stretch then when I first started. I’m hoping I will grow into my fsl.
