BPEL much more than NBPEL

Hi guys,

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for about a month and a half now. I’ve noticed a much larger increase in BPEL than in NBPEL.

BPEL increased by more than 1 cm but NBPEL only by 0.2-0.3 cm.

Do you think it’s normal?

You became fatter and/or you are pushing with more force.

Nope, didn’t become fatter.

Make sure you’re not digging the ruler in under your pubic bone. I usually measure with the ruler centered on the top side of my penis and having it tilted at a 45 degree angle (making it easier to read the result) to avoid this. Also measuring while seated gives me a few “extra” mm:s compared to standing.
