Bodybuilding/The Gym + PE = Overtraining?

I’m wondering if anyone else who goes to the gym regularly (like 4 - 5x a week). Is that sometimes your EQ is down and up depending on how many days you worked out at the gym, or how intense it was. Like yesterday, my EQ was down a bit, and now today it’s up a bit.

Any lower body workout I do will usually put my EQ and frequency up a few hours later. Staying hydrated also helps me a ton.

No going to the gym usually energizes me and helps my EQ. However, when I don’t get morning wood it usually means I need to cut back or might be getting sick.

going to the gym definitely helps with my eq as long as I don’t overdo it and get adequate rest and also eat right.
