Bodybuilding and PE Testosterone

Having not long turned 18, I have no doubt that my body is still growing (more specifically my penis). I do however, have a question.

If you are bodybuilding as well as performing PE, would this actually benefit you and allow for better growth? The reason I’m thinking this is because bodybuilding increases the testosterone production within the body, is it possible that this will have any positive or negative influence on PE?

If research and experience serves me correctly, I believe T levels jack up during workouts only during strenuous heavy movements.

I.E., heavy squats, heavy full body exericises, pushing cars, etc.

For example, I use this for full body exercises. Generally 60->88 pounds. I can feel a significant amount more aggression and mental difference, most likely T levels, when I do heavy weighted handstand pushups, pullups, squats, etc. then I do when I do regular bodyweight exercises with no weight.

I hope this helps.

At 18 your Testo level will be higher irrespective of whether you are working out or not since you are a grower.

Thanks for the link on this S&G. I may be buying one for my cardio.

You all are still missing the point... The story was great and all but should have ass (and) some anal in it.- RWG

If you were taking exogenous Testosterone (pills, shots, steroids) then that does significantly enhance protein metabolism and nitrogen balance.this leading to an anabolic state for muscles. Since there are muscles in the penis (although not skeletal muscles), they could potentially benefit from this anabolic environment if one were doing PE.
