Hello fellow PEer’s
So I will be trying my best to keep this thread up to date on my progress, I’m posting here since I’m very green to PE, so anyway here is goes:
So initially I started off with an untraditional routine, it was something conjured up from someone named NavyDick, here is is:

-Now it’s important to note I’ve been doing this one month on, 2 months off. I had no goal in mind, just wanted to be bigger. Here’s how I did it.

I did no jelqs or bends. I only did squeezes, where you get to 70% erection level and squeeze the bottom of the shaft until my dick swelled up until I felt a SLIGHT pain. When I felt that pain, I would hold, not squeezing any tighter, for 10 seconds then releasing my grip. I would do 10 sets of these. These are for girth. Then, I would do my all time favorite exercise, a very simple one at that, that I don’t see here. I don’t have a name for it so I’ll just call it salutes. How you do a salute is you get to your max erection level, while standing up. And when you reach that level, you try to force as much blood into your dick as possible using ONLY your PC muscles. Some people tighten their legs to get more Blood flow but don’t do it! You want those PC muscles strong. Hold as long as you can, then relax. Do this 7 times. Then sit down. And you do the same thing only this time, you can use your legs to pump some extra blood into your dick. Do another 7 sets of this. It’s very important to imagine you pushing that extra 1-3 inch of hidden dick out while doing this. When you visualize it, it’s easier and you will focus more.

This workout should take 15mins tops. I didn’t notice results the first week, but my girlfriend did! I didn’t tell her what I was doing but I restrained from having sex with her for a week, to see if she would notice a difference. I didn’t see any noticeable results so I thought, what a waste of time. But I did realize that I had super hard wood in the mornings, veins everywhere since I started this routine.

So I go to make love to my lady, and I didn’t let her touch my dick or even see my dick. When I went inside, she gasped for air like I never heard before. She said oh my god baby, did you get bigge- and before she could finish her sentence I stroked again and an even bigger gasp for air. And she commented on how much “harder” I felt. My ego was so massaged I went into overdrive in that pussy and for the first time, I made her squirt.

The Newbie Routine
This exercise routine is designed for those new to penis enlargement. It should be challenging but not likely to cause injury. It is important to start out gradually to allow the penis to adapt. The first two months of penis enlargement are when most injuries take place and they are a matter of pushing too far, too fast.-

Now I tried this out for a week on an every other day schedule and I found it to be very difficult to keep bringing myself to max erection over and over. It was to the point where it was taking me longer to complete because I would complete a move, then hard would be lost and I would have to keep working myself up again, so instead, I’m just gona go with the newbie routine for some weeks and gradually increase as it says>>>>>>

The Newbie Routine
5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.

I will be also changing up my diet to include more foods that include good minerals for reproductive health along with my PE to help me along the way,
I will report back in about 6weeks, fellas wish me luck!

Oh yea, and here is where I’m starting, my goal is to gain a solid inch of length, then Ill start looking into girth:
BPEL: 7.25
BPEG: 5.00
Flaccid length: 5.00
Flaccid girth: 4.00

This is just a little update havent really made any gains yet, just sharing my experience.
So I’ve been doing the noob routine 2 days on 1 off, and on some of my off days I have been doing balloon edging.. Well let me tell you since I learned of edging its become so addicting, long story short, I ended up balloon edging yesterday for like an hour and my dick was kinda sore for the rest of the day, so I couldn’t get my PE done. Needless to say I know ballooning will help but I must limit myself, maybe Ill have an alarm clock next to me and set a timer.
After taking the rest of the day off my tool seems to have recovered, lesson well learn.
I will posting some progress in the coming weeks, stay tuned.

Do not overdo it. It is a common mistake for newbies.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

So I had a question about this newbie routine:

For the Jelq portion, should I focus on doing 200 reps? Or just some Jelqing for 10 minutes?

10 minutes should be around 150 to 200 jelqs. At this point, is kind of awful to count them down, easy to get lost and end up losing focus/concentration.

So to update you all,

I still havent seen much gains, although I havent remeasured myself yet either,

Right now I’m kind of dabbling in between an advanced routine and a hybrid version of the noob routine, I think before I fully dive into the advanced I’m gonna vet out the hybrid noob to see if I make any improvements, hopefully I do,

This PE thing takes up some hard work, I’m really hoping it will pay off,

I’ve also been eating a lot of healthy foods as well which seems to help, maybe Ill make a separate thread about foods you can count on for that feeling down under*wink*
