I have been dry jelqing today when I noticed that there was some blood coming from my foreskin.There was no pain and it was not a big amount.I dry jelq at high erection level.My question is if this thing can cause trouble or is it just bruised skin.

I suspended my routine because I started to have those problems after not warming once. Now two weeks later without jelquing I still get those blood points after 30 seconds of jelquing.

You will need to give it more time to heal. Another two weeks at least.
