blood flow after physical activity

From what I’ve heard, physical activities such as running increase overall blood flow, including blood flow to the penis. Is this true? Because if that is the case, then my penis must have some serious issues because after running or lifting, my penis literally turtles up completely and I feel very little blood flow in the area. Getting an erection during these times is pretty damn hard which comes to prove that there is some difficulty in blood flow down there. What’s going on?

Now 6.0x5.125 10/17/2008

Goal: 7.5x5.5

Your body directs blood where it is needed. When you exercise it goes to your muscles and your cock just has to suffer. When you have sex, blood goes to your cock. Maybe you misinterpreted what your read. In the long run, exercise improves blood flow throughout the body, but this doesn’t take away from the fact that it still goes where it is needed most.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

^Exactly. I have the same ‘issue’ with strenuous exercise, but really it is completely normal.

Is that turtling from the fact that you are wearing a jock strap? My dick shrivels up a little bit as well when I’m in the gym and I have one on but once I take it off, I’m back to normal.

It’s completely logical guys. If your running and your penis is hanging large.

Whats going to happen when you run? It’s going to flop around and maybe get injured. Now why would your body want that?

So it turtles to keep itself safe and makes the run easier. And also what gprent said. The blood goes where it needs to.
