Block the blood to my penis

I put my penis to semierect and start jelqing.
I squeeze the base of my penis with my other hand blocking the blood to my penis and jelq other hand.
And then do the same vice versa and so on.

What do you guys think is it the good method of jelqing?

I don’t think it would make much difference, as you are moving the blood towards your glans with a grip on the shaft. So you are cutting off any blood at the rear.

In fact it might lead to a thnner area at the base as you are not allowing blood to ‘fill’ the back end of your penis.
