Blisters when stretching

Blisters when stretching

I get blisters around my urine-hole when I stretch. I think it’s because of my hard grip but if I grip lighter I don’t get a good stretch.
I try to push the blister away and it seems to reduce it by 50% during the session.
Using micropore doesn’t help as it only fall off and I get the blister anyway.

Is there any good way to not get them when stretching?
I don’t want destroy my the esthetics of my glans..

By the way, I’m using IR-lamp when stretching. Don’t think that it can cause it?

The simple answer is: Your ‘good stretch’ is damaging your penis.

Trying to ‘push it away’ is only damaging the blister which, in time, will turn septic.

Then you will have a real problem.

Ease off the pressure and just use moderate force. Gains are just as likely - in fct more likely to come with moderation, than applying full pressure.

Just condition your penis, starting with a low pressure and growing slowly over weeks.

The force I’m using isn’t that hight. It’s only the grip that’s too tight. But otherwise it only feels like I’m stretching the skin.
I’ll try to grip lighter.

I have exactly same problem. I’m uncut and that is making the stretching very difficult, cause I have to grab it right below the glans, if grab it lower than 0.5” below the head, my hand just slips off. I’m using baby powder and/or toilet paper, but still the grip sucks, and the blisters haven’t gone away :/ .

Mine goes away within 30 mins.
Maybe I don’t have blisters if they go away?

I don’t think that it’s blisters, its just swelling around the urethra.
I tried to stretch which far less force yesterday I I still got the swelling around, not as much but still.

If I tape properly with micropore, will it help?

I tried some hanging today and I didn’t get any swelling. I used my silicone-ADS as hanger, when I used it as ADS I used to get the same type of swelling but I didn’t get it today.

So light hanging, no swelling around the urethra. Stretching with moderate force, gives swelling around the urethra.

Maybe I should start to hang? (Stretching has give me really good gains, don’t want to quit it..)

I agree it’s from the force of your grip. Some of that force is probably necessary to keep your grip from slipping. Here are two ideas.

1. Use a piece of toilet paper with your grip. It will help you not to slip. That way, you won’t have to grip as hard.

2. Use talcum powder (or flour come to think of it).

Any of the above two should help.
