Hi guys,

I’m not circumcised, do 75 dry jelqs approximately 1 or 2 times a week (this because I wait till the big purple spots disappear before I start doing jelqs again), do also approximately 5 minutes of stretching 1 or 2 times a week and warm up with a wet hot cloth before my workouts.

Now I did my jelqs today and right under the top of the penis there is now a sort of blister like thingy, it looks kind of like a blister but it doesn’t hurt or anything. I reckon there’s moist or blood inside.

I’m going to stop working out until it’s gone, but my question was did anyone ever experience anything like this?

I’m getting really tired of this, every time when I’m in a position to start working out and try out of PE actually works something like this happens. I didn’t even gain an inch in anything after trying to work out for a year (with a lot of pause in between, mainly because problems with my penis and because nothing really appeared to give me gains). I won’t give up though, after all they say success is getting up one more time than you’ve been knocked down.

Do a search for blisters, or lymph build up, lymph fluid, etc. There’s dozens of threads listing the causes and treatments of what you have going on. Do some research to determine what’s most likely happening with you. My personal guess? avoiding dry jelqs will do you right.

Thanks for your fast answer, but wet jelqs don’t nearly give the feeling of built up pressure in the top like dry jelqs do :(

Since a few months, I only do dry jelqs for the same reasons as yours. However, I apply a lubricant to prevent irritation, chafing and discomfort. Perhaps this is why I’ve never had your problem.

What kind of lubricant do you use if you don’t mind me asking?

Most often, I use a product called in French “graisse à traire” (Milking grease in English). Despite its name, it’s a cosmetic product that is supposed to favor suntan while nourishing the skin. I never noticed any efficiency in suntan (It’s better for me). This is an excellent lubricant that lasts a very long time and is easily to remove with water.

Sometimes I also use a cream (Palmer’s) intended to avoid the stretch marks.

Since the dry jelqs are normally made ​​to be dry, I think the choice of lubricant is not very important.

Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m still a noob, but its to my understandment that you need to work out at least 4-5 times a week, 3 on a bad one to see any gains. Obviously it is wise to halt when you see any sign of an injury, but otherwise you should try to do more routines to see gains.

ray32- It is different for different people. My newbie was 1 day on/2 days off. I gained with that. Additionally girth work needs more recovery time,

Hey Dave, have you tried wet jelqing? Give that a shot to see if you get better results to avoid injury. PEing does put a lot of trauma on the unit.

Hey Dave, do you have a full erection when you do your jelqing exercise? Because if you do, that is the beginning of the problem you are having. Get your erection to 75% and start from there. How do you get a 75% erection? Get an erection and flick your balls with your middle finger, that should start to get your erection down a bit. Drink a few beers and then get to an erection, that should get you to a 75% erection at the most. All kidding aside, don’t jelq with a full 100% erection.
