Black spots

I did today my routine (newbie routine), and afterwards I noticed some black spots on the shaft.. What is this? Is it dangerous, is it permanent.. If not, how long is going to take to heal.. I am definitely going to take couple days off the jelqing but I would also like to ask if is going to be any problem using my andropenis during these days off?

Any help would be extremely helpful and relaxing.

You need 2/3 rest days (it depends what kind of spots…maybe you need more rest days) for it to heal…

start your routine only when you cannot see them anymore.

I still get them sometimes the day I jelq after 2 days off, never done me any harm but just be careful and keep and eye on your dick.

Spots that last more than a day or so mean that you are using too much plressure in your exercises. Ease off the strength when you re-start your routine.

I got them when I first started the exercises but very seldom these days. I do not get them from jelqing but from stretching and light jelqing even seems to make them go away faster.

I haven’t got them yet and hopefully never, but I’m pretty sure it is a sign of over-training your unit. Though’ I’m pretty sure also that it’s nothing to worry about. You just need to lay off PE until all the spots clear up. Then, take it easier next time.
