Black spot

I clamped for the second time in my life.now I clamped for 15 minutes.and now I have a black spot on my dick.I know I’ve clamped to much.is that a burst capillary?

Correct! Abstain from any PE exercises whatsoever until it’s completely gone. Also, 15 minutes in the clamp sounds like much to me. Next time, go easier on your dick - it’s the only one you have!

Nope, you’d still have to exert pressure on your dick. Just leave it alone. I myself have had two or three of these nasty bruised capillaries throughout my career and I sure as shit did not do anything while they were still visible.

I had one, I left it a day after some sleep and carried on jelqing just lightly and was gone within a few days. Don’t overpressure it though.

Brother go easy PE not a one night work

I got one from a heavy clamp session, since then I have tried clamping about 2-4 weeks later! It always comes back! It’s kind of a scar now, will it ever go? Will I ever be able to clamp again!?

I had 2 days off from everything,and on the third day I started stretching again.after that the spot completely disappeared.now I’m back to my routine.the only difference is.now I’m going easy with clamping.maybe 2X5 minutes

I have had this before on the glens. Just take it easy for a few days and jelq at a lower erection level, or don’t jelq at all.
