Black moles on penis?

I’m not sure if this is normal, but I’ve had them show up on my penis lately. They are not raised, they might be popped blood vessels?.. Just wondering if people have had them.. Wondering if it is caused by trauma from extending.. They do not hurt..

They’re about 1-3 mm in diameter… Not sure if they’re moles or just spots… but they’re annoying and showing up more and more as I do PE… I just hate to stop because I’m getting into a good routine, plus are they dangerous?

It sounds like you’re seeing little bleeds from popped capillaries. This is common among newbies, especially from jelqing, but it looks like your skin needs some conditioning to tolerate your extender attachment.

Capillary pops aren’t dangerous, just ugly. Usually they fade quickly, and stop happening altogether as your penis becomes used to the stresses of the routine you’re doing.

Agree with calfaddict. Probably blood from popped capillaries.

If they were moles you would want to go to your doctor and check them for cancer. Any rapid appearance of moles is not a good sign and should be seen by a qualified professional.
